Spell Social is an operations platform that plans, creates, schedules, and publishes social media content, subject to your approval. Features and availability may change as the Service evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Your content and connected accounts

• You retain ownership of the content you upload and of the accounts you connect.
• You grant us the permissions necessary to operate the Service on your behalf, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content you approve, and reading analytics.
• You are responsible for having the rights to any content you provide and for complying with the terms of each connected platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rules of a connected platform.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Artificial intelligence and approvals

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and adapt content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published and for complying with any platform requirement to label artificially generated media. Automated actions occur only within the limits you configure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spell Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as required to protect the Service or comply with law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
